Will my body butter melt in the heat?

Because our products are made with rich, natural butters, they can soften or melt in warm temperatures. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality. If this happens, just place your butter in a cool space or refrigerate briefly.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days, then shipped. During warmer months orders will be shipped on MONDAYS & TUESDAYS to help protect your product in transit. Delivery times vary based on your location.

Will melting ruin the product? Can I still use it if it melts?

Not at all. The texture may change (less whipped, more smooth, like a body glaze), but the benefits, hydration and scent remain the same. Yes! You can still use your body butter is it melts, just let it cool and it’s ready to use. Some customers prefer the smoother texture.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery within the Nashville area. Orders typically arrive withing 1-3 days after processing.

What if my package is stolen?

Once your order is marked delivered, it is considered received. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
