We currently ship within the U.S. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
During the warmer months, orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only to help reduce the risk of melting during transit.
Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local delivery is available within Nashville & surrounding areas. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after processing. You’ll be notified when your order is on the way.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. Once an order has been delivered, it is considered received. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Our body butters are made with natural butters and oils that are sensitive to heat.
During warmer months, your product may soften or melt while in transit or after delivery. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, performance, or benefits of the product.
If your butter arrives softened, simply place it in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to restore its texture. Whipped consistency may change, but the product remains just as effective.
To help minimize melting, we ship orders early in the week (Mondays & Tuesdays).
We are not responsible for melting due to weather conditions, shipping delays, or packages left outside after delivery.
